‘Kantoorgebouw Vandevelde’ – beaux arts architecture – designed by Jean Baptiste and Emile Vereecken in 1904 – listed since 2019
A grand and noble building in the heart of Antwerp’s luxury district between the Theaterplein and the Bourla theatre. It was divided into several retail spaces and offices and has a total façade width of no less than 30m. This elegant landmark exudes pure class. It currently houses various exclusive brands such as IWC Shaffhausen, DSquared, Cachemire Kuyten, the Josephine, a fine dining restaurant, as well as a number of offices between the first to the third floor.
